Follow these easy steps and you’ll be able to locate your old apps in just a few clicks: Press the Home button. Locate the button image of an app (should be a blue circle). Select an app from the list. Confirm that you would like to locate your old apps by tapping on “Show all”. After tapping, your phone will begin to search for any current location on or off your phone.
You can find all of your old apps in the App Store App by going to the name of the app and tapping on “Show in App Store.” To get access, you’ll need to be signed in on the App Store with a different Apple ID than you used to purchase your app.
I’m sure you’ve seen the post about how to find all your old apps on your iPhone. This is a great way for anyone who hasn’t used their device in a while to get it back up and running.
But if you’ve been keeping everything organized, this is going to be simple.
First, go on to the home screen of your iPhone and swipe down from the top of the screen until you see all your apps. You can also use one hand to do this by pressing and holding on to any app until it looks like an icon with a plus sign on it. Then just tap it once and it will open up in a menu where you can choose either “Manage” or “Remove”. Manage will take you to iTunes where you can update or remove apps from your phone (if they’re not already updated). Remove will take them right off of your phone without going into iTunes!
The first thing to do is make a list of all your old apps. You can do this on your iPhone, but it will be easier to manage if you copy it over to your computer and add the information there.
On your iPhone, simply click on “Settings” > “General” > “Usage” and then scroll down to find “Manage Storage.” Here, you will see a list of all the apps installed on your device. Click on one and you will see its name, size, space used, and whether or not it is on your phone. If you want to delete an app from storage, simply select it and press delete when prompted.
It is important that you remember which apps are on your phone before deleting them because if they are needed again in the future or if they have saved any work or data then they should be saved rather than deleted immediately.
use it a lot
If you have an iPhone, then you probably use it a lot. And if you do, then it’s likely that you’ve lost some apps over the years.
It’s easy enough to find and install an app again on your iPhone: just go to the App Store, search for it and click Install when you find it. But if you’re like me, then this is probably not how you want to do it.
I’ve found that there are two ways in which I tend to lose apps:
1) I forget to delete them before installing them again (this is usually because I’m distracted by something else and end up doing something stupid later).
2) I forget where I put them in the first place (this is usually because I never bothered to look for them).
You can view a list of all your apps in the iTunes Web App. To get there, open iTunes on your computer and open the Summary page for the device that you want to check. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you’ll find two links: Apps for [device name] and Purchased. The second section shows all of your apps, and you can check the box next to each app’s icon to include it in a future sync.
First of all, the screen will show you that there are still apps running in the background. With a touch on this icon, the screen will collapse and you will see many icons with numbers. The number indicates the total count of apps running in the background.
